Terms and Conditions

The booking process can be done 6 months before the departure schedule.

1. Payment and Cancellation:

* DP payment (down payment) of 50% of the total package price, paid when the order has been confirmed.

* Settlement: The remaining payment must be made no later than 7 days before departure.

* Cancellation : Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are subject to a fee of 25% of the total price.

   – Cancellations made 7-30 days before departure are subject to a fee of 50% of the total price.

   – Cancellations made 3-7 days before departure are subject to a fee of 75% of the total price.

   – Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are subject to a fee of 100% or forfeited from the total price.

2. Participant Requirements:

* Participants must be in good health and have no history of illness that endangers themselves or others.

   Documents:
   Participants must have valid travel documents, valid for at least 6 months.

* Participants are prohibited from bringing illegal items, such as sharp weapons, firearms, or drugs.

* Participants must behave politely and maintain cleanliness during the trip.

3. Others:

Changes to the schedule, such as changes to the date or route, can be made with the agreement of both parties.

* Delays:
   If there is a delay due to conditions beyond control, such as bad weather during the trip, participants cannot claim a refund or compensation. And if     the weather is bad before the trip starts, participants can receive a 50% refund.
* Loss:
   If an item is lost during the trip, the travel agency is not responsible for the loss.

Insurance claims:
If an accident occurs during the trip with Goes to Flores partners, participants can file a travel insurance claim.
